What to know before you bring Sidekick in.

What does a Sidekick cost?

One Sidekick is $200 CAD per month. Eligible new customers receive the first 30 days free, and a payment method is required to begin the trial.

What does Sidekick remember?

It can retain the business context you teach it—preferences, procedures, clients, terminology, and the outcome of earlier work—so recurring responsibilities do not restart from zero.

What can it do without my approval?

You choose which actions require approval. Sidekick can check, organize, summarize, and prepare work on schedule while emails, website changes, and other important external actions wait for your review.

Where can I communicate with it?

Telegram and Signal are currently available. Additional team and community channels are being prepared and are shown as coming soon.

Can I give it a task that repeats?

Yes. You can set up a morning brief, weekly website check, inventory check, client follow-up, or another task that runs automatically.

Can it learn a custom process?

Yes. Sidekick is designed to work from your procedures, documents, connected tools, and business-specific instructions rather than forcing every company into the same template.

What information can it access?

Only the information available through services you deliberately connect and the material you provide. You can review and disconnect services later.

Do you train on my data?

No. We do not use the information you give Sidekick to train AI models.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes for the initial setup. You can connect additional tools and teach Sidekick custom processes afterward.

What happens if I get stuck?

Ask Sidekick to help you get unblocked. If that does not solve it, contact support@sidekickai.ca.
